Photos may be ordered any of four ways:

1. Order directly from this web site using PayPal, a reputable and well-established e-commerce partner company.  Below every photo in our site is a four-step ordering guide.  Specify the item, size and options, then add the item to your shopping cart.  Check out when you're done.  PayPal processes your credit card information and immediately forwards your order to us for processing.
   
    
   
   
2. Order by telephone.  Call us at 610-692-0388 and have the folowing information availabe:
   • name
   • billing and shipping addresses
   • telephone number
   • e-mail address
   • major credit card
   • location and date of event
   • game number and frame number for each photo you wish to order.

    
   
   

3. Order via e-mail.  Include the following information in an e-mail to sales@brandywinedigital.com (or any of our other e-mail addresses).
   
   • name
   • billing and shipping addresses
   • telephone number
   • location and date of event
   • game number and frame number for each photo you wish to order.

   
   Please do not include credit card information in the e-mail!     You can save some typing (and potential typographical errors) and keep things organized by copying the contents of the PayPal shopping cart and pasting it into the e-mail.  We will send an invoice with a pay on-line option to the e-mail you use to contact us.  This form of on-line payment is through a regular secure payment gateway and does not require sign up as PayPal does. The following cards are accepted.
   
   
   

4. Order by mail.  Include the information above with credit card number, expiration date and exact name on the card.  If you want to pay by personal check or money order instead of credit card, it should be made payable to Brandywine Digital.  Don't forget to add the 6% sales tax if you are ordering from within Pennsylvania (7% if ordering from Philadelphia or Allegheny counties) and shipping and handling ($5.50 for most orders).

Orders normally take less than 2 weeks to process and will be delivered to the shipping address you provide unless an alternate arrangement is made.  Orders for certain specialty products (magazine covers, trading cards, posters, collages, etc.) take longer and may extend past two weeks during high volume periods.

 Please note: All orders placed by PA residents are subject to the state's sales tax. This includes shipping and handling!  Handling and delivery charges are considered part of the "full purchase price" as defined by the Department of Revenue.  We don't like it, but we are forced to deal with it.
